We stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for any unworn LOWA boots in their original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we make the exchange or refund process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure the boots are in their original branded box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for unworn condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
